Organizational Structure
Under the leadership of the General Manager, the company has established a multi-department structure including: Marketing Department, Production Department, Administration Office, Technical Department, Finance Department, Quality Inspection & Construction Department, and R&D Department. Production workshops include: Refractory Brick Workshop, Raw Material Workshop, Calcination Workshop, Machining Workshop, Monolithic Workshop, Mullite Workshop, and Powder Workshop.
R&D Center
The company has an independent R&D center equipped with advanced testing equipment and analytical instruments, including chemical analysis equipment, physical performance testing instruments, and high-temperature performance testing devices. The R&D center continuously conducts formula optimization and application research for new refractory materials, driving product upgrading and innovation.
Production Facilities
The company owns a modern production base with complete facilities, including brick pressing production lines, drying kilns, firing kilns, fully automated packaging production lines, and central control monitoring systems. The production layout is reasonable and the production process is standardized, with an annual production capacity of tens of thousands of tons of various refractory materials.
